Barre Flies… Don’t let the ballet barre fool you! This class is fun and funky. It’s all about letting loose and having fun while working out. This one hour, high energy class consists of a dynamic warm-up, lightweight upper body movements, barre work to target the lower body, followed by pilates inspired exercises to target the core. Blasts of cardio within the workout keep the heart pumping. Finally, we end the class with deep stretching for flexibility. See you at the Barre!
