5 Wall Ball (2 For 1)s, 16/12 lbs

8 Renegade Rows w/push up, 40/25 lbs

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:

1 Rope Climb

10 Wall Balls, 20/16 lbs

12 Renegade Rows, 40/25 lbs

**REST 1 Min b/t AMRAPs**

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:

2 Rope Climbs

10 Wall Ball (2 For 1)s, 16/12 lbs 12
