Bench Press 1×3 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×3 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1×3 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM

Bench Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps, for time of:

Pull-up

Pistols (Alternating Legs)

Sit-up (medicine ball)

*Rounds 6 & 3 are optional.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

7 Tire Flips

15 Burpees

35 Air Squats
