*Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

**Rest 3 mins between sets.

***Push Press 6×3 or 18 singles

In 20 mins do:

Run, 1 mi

then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:

3 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 in

3 Hang Power Cleans, 155/103 lbs

*Add 3 reps each round.
