Deadlift 1×3 at 85% 1RM

Deadlift 1×3 at 85% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

3 Wall Walks

6 Weighted Pull-ups, 25/15 lbs

12 Weighted Box Step-ups, 45/30 lbs
