Hang Power Clean 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Hang Power Clean 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Hang Power Clean 1×5 at 80% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

**Additional set @80% can be done.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

1 Rope Climb

5 Strict Pull-ups

10 Renegade Rows, 40/25 lbs

30 Kettlebell Swing (Russian)s, 24/16 lbs
