Power Snatch 1×6 at 82.5% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

For 3 cycles:

AMRAP in 7 mins of:

4 Wall Walks

8 Weighted Lunges, 45/30 lbs

10 Knees To Elbows

**Rest 2 mins between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP.

***Weighted lunges (total) forward or reverse step
