Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

1 Rope Climb

7 Back Squats, 135/95 lbs

9 Medicine Ball Sit-up / Throws, 20/14 lbs

Rest Ratio 1:1, 1:30

**Rope Climb sub 2:1 seated Sit-up = Overhead Sit-up w/throw off the wall Rest interval = Work interval (max rest interval 90 seconds)
