Push Press 1×1 at 87.5% 1RM

Push Press 1×2 at 92.5% 1RM

Push Press 1×2 at 92.5% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

As many reps in 20 mins as you can of:

2-4-6-8-10…

Jump Squats

Medicine Ball Slams

Tempo Push-ups

*As Many Reps As Possible (Ascending Ladder) of: – Jump Squats** – MBS – Tempo Push-ups (2 counts down and 2 counts up) Reps 2,4,6,8,10,12,…. Adding two reps each round.

**Scale up to barbell jump squats.
