Bench Press 1×1 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×1 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1×1 at 85% 1RM

Bench Press 1×1 at 90% 1RM

Bench Press 1×1 at 95% 1RM

Bench Press 1×1 at 95% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

For 5 cycles:

AMRAP in 3 mins of:

4 Goblet Squats, 24/16 kg

6 Knees To Elbows

8 Renegade Rows, 45/30 lbs

*Rest 1 min between each cycle.

**For each cycle continue the AMRAP.

***Renegade Rows 4/Arm
