Power Clean 1×3 at 85% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

**This will not be tap and go for 3 each time. Take time to reset for each lift within each percentage.

For time:

100 Double Unders

75 AbMat Sit-ups

50 Pull-ups

25 Wall Ball (2 For 1)s

10 Handstand Push-ups

***Sub for DU is 300 singles.

****Sub for WB 2for1 is 40 WB.
