Bench Press 1×5 at 65% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 70% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 80% 1RM

Bench Press 1×5 at 80% 1RM

*Rest 3 mins between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Barbell Rollouts

7 Push-ups

9 Medicine Ball Cleans, 25/16 lbs

Sled Sprint, 20 yd

**1:1 Work:Rest (max 90 seconds)

***Push-ups (3 second reps)
