Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

2 Turkish Get Ups, 16/12 kg

6 One-Legged Burpees

10 Weighted Step-ups, 45/30 lbs

14 Ring Row (1 arm)s

*TGU (total) sub 4 Half Get-ups (total)

**One-Legged Burpees (total) sub 10 regular Burpees
