Pause Front Squat 5×4 at 75% 1RM

*3 sec pause.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

2 Handstand Push-ups

4 Burpees

6 Weighted Lunges, 45/30 lbs

add 2 reps per round.
