Double Unders

Weighted Sit-ups, 20/14 lbs

STRENGTH:

Speed – Deadlift @ 75% 1RM w/45s rest

Submaximal – 1×2 @70%, 1×2 @85.5%, 1×2 @87.5%, 1×2 @92.5%

Maximal – Front squat 3x2rm
