4 Ring Dip (Strict)s

6 Weighted Lunges, 50/35 lbs

8 Push-up (medicine ball)s

10 Jumping Alternating Lunges

*Strict Ring Dip = RX’d; Scaled = Bar Dip or any assistance w/band or kipping -Weighted Lunges = forward or reverse (total) -Push Ups (4/side; one hand on MB and other hand on floor); Scaled = HRPU or any other variation -Jumping Lunges (total)
