Bench Press 3×5 at 85% 1RM

*Rest 2:30 between sets.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

10 Kettlebell Cleans, 24/16 kg

15 Wall Balls, 20/16 lbs

30 Double Unders

**3:1 singles for double unders
