WOD: Monday March 3, 2014

For 4 cycles: AMRAP in 4 mins of:

8 Burpees

6 Barbell Rollouts

2 Handstand Push-ups

*Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP.

For time: 100 Partner Med Ball Situps

As many reps as possible in 3 mins of: Plank Hold

Accumulate 3 minutes in a plank hold (any variation).

**Time accumulates ONLY when in a plank position.
