2 Rope Climb (Legless)s

Overhead Walking Lunge With Plate, 24 yd

2 Wall Walks

24 Medicine Ball Slams, 30/20 lbs

**Rope Climb sub is 1:1 seated. For legless climb start from the kneeling position. If using legs, start from the seated progression and then climb using legs.
