WOD: Thursday February 27, 2014

Squat Clean 24 reps

*Lift heaviest weight or various weights possible for 24 reps. 12 min time cap.

As many reps in 7 mins as you can of:

Burpee, 7 mins

**7 minutes of burpees followed by 36 KTE. (12 min time cap)

Each for time:

Row: 3x 500 m

***Rest 1:30 between efforts.

Strength:  Wednesday/Thursday

Speed Box Squat @ 65% arm 10×2 w/45sec rest

Sub Maximal 1×5 @ 65%. 1×5 @ 70%, 2×5 @ 75%

Maximal 3×3 Bench Press @ 90% 1rm
