2 Handstand Push-ups

2 Deadlifts, 315/225 lbs

12 Double Unders

*18 min ascending ladder 2,4,6,8,10,… of Handstand Push-ups Deadlifts 315/225 lbs Every round is followed by 12 double unders sub is 30 singles.

Strength: Monday/Tuesday

1×5@70%
