*20 min to establish 5RM Deadlift

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

10 Wall Balls, 25/16 lbs

5 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 50/30 lbs

Row, 100 m

**Partner WOD. Alternate exercises the entire 20 min.
