Pull-up 2 reps

*12 min to establish 2RM on Weighted Pull up

Barbell Lunge 6-6-6-6-6-6, using heaviest weight per set

**12 min to complete 6 sets of 6 reps of Barbell Lunge

As many reps in 12 mins as you can of:

3 Burpees

3 Box Jumps

***As Many Reps As Possible in 12 minutes of Burpees and Box Jumps. Start at 3 for each exercise and add 3 reps per round until the clock runs out.
