Deadlift 2×4 at 80% 1RM

Deadlift 2×2 at 90% 1RMFor

AMRAP in 3 mins of:

3 Weighted Pull-ups, 25/15 lbs

6 Handstand Push-ups

9 Kettlebell Swing (American)s, 28/20 kg

**Rest 1 min between each cycle. For each cycle continue the AMRAP.
