Strength: Front Squat Pause 5×4 at 75% 1RM

**The pause is a 3 second hold at the bottom.

 5 rounds for time of:

30 Double Unders

Sled Push, 20 yd

15 Medicine Ball Cleans, 30/20 lbs

**Sub for DU’s is high jumps RX’d sled weight is 372/237
